The Establishment Barn is a family-owned wedding venue in Terrell, Texas. We built this barn from the ground up. We spent much time, effort, and care to make sure that it was the perfect place for a bride’s wedding day dreams to come true. When you have your wedding at our venue, you can either choose to use your own vendors or use ours, bring alcohol and bartenders, and even have a one-hour photography shoot that is included in our packages. We have additional options that can be added onto packages with an additional fee, such as, day-of coordinator or flipping the room. If you have more questions, feel free to ask us!

How to tour the venue?
Contact us and we will set up a time and date with you or follow the book a tour link right here on our site. We do not allow tours to be given on the day an event is booked.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer a discount to military, firefighters, police, nurses, and teachers.
Coordinators?
We have an on-site staff member at each wedding but that does not include coordination. We can offer you an additional package to include one.
Do you do the room flip if we get married inside?
We will do the initial setup for you as well as the takedown but do not do the room flip in between. We can offer that in an additional package.
Do you allow us to bring in our own vendors?
We do have preferred vendors that we love to work with. However, we do allow you to bring in your choice of vendors. They will be required to show a copy of their insurance or sign a vendor agreement.
How long do we get the venue the day of the wedding and what time do we have to be out?
9:00 am-12:00 midnight.
Do you allow fireworks and sparklers?
Yes, your request will have to be turned in 30 days before and fireworks have to be administered by a company.
Pets?
Yes, they are welcomed for outside ceremonies.
Trash?
You are responsible for the haul off of all trash to the onsite dumpster. We also have a package for us to handle bussing of all tables and trash.
Are table, chairs and linens included?
We provide tables & chairs. Linens are an additional fee by a partnered company.
Are there any other fees other than the price?
Taxes and cleanup are included in the price. The only additional fee is a TABC bartender and security guard when alcohol is present. We also have a few add on packages for rental pieces and coordination.
Parking?
We do not offer valet service but do hire parking attendants to help assist in the parking lot.
Alcohol and Security?
We do not provide alcohol. You are required to bring in your own alcohol. With any alcohol served you are required to hire a TABC licensed bartender. You will need to show a copy of their license 30 days before the event. You will be required to hire a security guard when alcohol is present or the guest count is over 175. You will be required to carry a day of event policy up to $1,000,000.00 liability.
Bridals, engagements, boudoir shoots?
An hour photo session is included for any of the following, bridals, engagements, boudoir.
Are their hotels close by?
Yes, they are 15 miles from the barn.
Uber and Lyft?
They are not always in our area.
